Forging plants In forging shops in particular robust and reliable furnaces are essential / always needed.  Our customers and partners appreciate hard-wearing systems and 24 hour service know-how.  For the forging industry we manufacture car bottom furnaces, chamber furnaces, pit and chest furnaces as well as walking hearth furnaces for temperatures up to 1,380°C.

Our goal is your success: we know that you cannot afford lengthy system downtimes and we have, therefore, optimally coordinated our manufacturing, delivery and service to your requirements.  Short response times, flexible delivery, as well as rapid repairs minimize your unforeseen downtimes.

We support you from design, through delivery of the furnace installation up to repair and modernization of existing installations.

Characteristics:

• The most stable construction of the material carriers of the furnace and the gantries.
• Fast running doors to decrease heat loss during short cycle times.
• Multi-part / sectional doors will be used for chamber stoves with greater breadth.
• Temperatures up to 1,380°C
• Custom design of the furnace and controls.
• Design complies with NADCAP AMS 2750 D, the lowest temperature tolerance in    accordance with furnace classes 2-5 for steel and nickel base alloys and with furnace classes 1-2 for aluminium.
