In June, we had the pleasure of celebrating a truly exceptional highlight. Our esteemed colleague Andreas looks back on a remarkable three decades with the company.

For 30 years, Andreas has been an absolutely indispensable part of Schlager Industrieofenbau. Every day, he enriches our team with his enormous expertise, tireless commitment, and true passion for thermoprocess technology.

Where others see problems, Andreas finds elegant solutions
Anyone talking about highly complex furnace control systems or extraordinary customer requests at our company simply cannot get past Andreas. For 30 years, his motto has been clear: The more complicated the technical task, the more elegant the solution. With his deep expertise, he regularly manages to turn things into reality that others consider impossible.
This ability makes him a vital foundation of our company, from which our global customers benefit directly in every single project.

A warm morning ritual and true team spirit
