In April, we were able to experience a special teamevent together with our colleagues. As a company with deep roots in the region, our journey took us to the heart of the Ruhr region – to the traditional private brewery Moritz Fiege in Bochum.

Since its foundation in 1878, the Fiege brewery has stood for the art of craft brewing and a genuine Ruhr region identity. It is still family-run today in the fourth generation and is one of the last independent private breweries in the Ruhr region. The Fiege beers are known far beyond the city limits – especially the Fiege Pils, which is one of the most popular Pils beers in the region.

During our tour, we were given exciting insights into the complex brewing process, learned more about the brewery’s 145-year history and were able to experience with all our senses what real passion for beer means.

Afterwards, we rounded off the day with a meal together in a cozy atmosphere – a great opportunity to get to know each other away from the daily office routine and to strengthen our sense of togetherness.
