Quality in focus
Successful surveillance audit according to DIN EN ISO 9001
Quality is not a static goal for us, but an ongoing process. We recently underwent our ISO 9001 surveillance audit. During this audit, TÜV inspectors thoroughly examined our quality management system.
What exactly was examined?
The audit was an intensive, in-depth examination that went far beyond a mere review of documents.
The focus was on three key pillars:
1. Process efficiency: We analyzed how smoothly our processes mesh together, from the initial customer inquiry in administration to final acceptance in production. The goal is to prevent errors before they occur.
2. Complete documentation: Precise documentation is the backbone of our traceability. It ensures that every step in the design and manufacturing of our systems remains traceable and reproducible.
3. Interface management: Especially in the field of automation technology, the interaction between different departments is crucial. The auditor thoroughly examined how information flows between design, software development, and assembly in order to minimize friction losses.
The true benefit of an ISO certificate is not evident on paper, but in daily practice. Our systems, deployed worldwide, produce so reliably because our employees consistently apply their expertise and experience to the defined quality standards.
A huge thank you goes to our entire team. Their meticulous preparation for the audit and their daily commitment to our high quality standards secure our decisive advantage in international competition.
