Guest at the Practice Forum
on Sustainable Production
Last Thursday, we were guests at the Practical Forum for Sustainable Production at the Neue Färberei here in Hagen. As part of the “In|Die RegionWestfalen” project, the focus was on a topic that drives us at SCHLAGER every day: How do we make industrial production fit for a resource-efficient future?
It was a pleasure for us to have the opportunity to present SCHLAGER Industrieofenbau in this setting. During the discussion panels, it became clear: Heat treatment is a major lever for reducing CO₂ emissions in manufacturing.
Our key points in the practical dialogue:
- Energy efficiency in thermal processes: We demonstrated how unused energy potential can be tapped through precise plant control and modern insulation concepts.
- Measurable CO₂ reduction: Sustainability is not just a buzzword in furnace construction, but the result of precise combustion control and intelligent process management.
- Digitalization as the foundation: Only those who understand their process data can effectively reduce emissions and conserve resources.
insam an.
