TUS and SAT measurement for furnaces
Temperature uniformity testing (TUS) and system accuracy testing (SAT) are essential procedures to ensure high quality and reproducibility of thermal processes. TUS (Temperature Uniformity Survey)
The TUS is used to check the temperature uniformity inside the process chamber of an industrial furnace. SAT (System Accuracy Test)
