SCHLAGER continuous furnaces are mainly used in continuous heat treatment processes. This includes, among others, firing and sintering of elements, but also soldering and burning-in.
The hearth is designed either with a fire or a roller conveying system. For the process, workpieces are moved into the continuous furnace and heated up to a certain temperature. They have a special inlet and outlet. These allow for low heat loss. These measures enable us to ensure effective atmosphere recirculation at low process temperatures.
The furnaces can hold a batch weight of several tons per hour.
