SCHLAGER quenching technology is designed according to your requirements and compatible with the material flow of your furnaces and this on the highest technical level. The repeatability of the process parameters is ensured at all times by the use of oil, water or polymer basins in combination with the recooling and temperature control. The circulation of the quenching medium, specially developed by us for this purpose, guarantees uniform quenching of the work pieces without the formation of soft spots, the so-called „Leidenfrost“- effect.

The recooling is part of our scope of delivery. Thus, you receive a turnkey system from us. The robust basins are equipped with an integrated workpiece carrier including lifting system to permanently withstand the loads. In order to be able to withstand the daily loads, the mechanics required for this are very robustly designed and protected.

Thanks to our own transport systems, we achieve the shortest times between leaving the furnace to complete immersion in the quenching basin.

We manufacture all steps of the hardening process from one single source and offer you, as a competent system supplier, this great advantage of a fast and integral delivery.
