We are on board: all about automation Düsseldorf 2025 

On September 17 and 18, 2025, it will be that time again: all about automation is coming to Düsseldorf – and we will be there. Two days full of exciting insights into the world of industrial automation, new technologies, and plenty of networking opportunities.

PLC programming with vision

Many heat treatment furnaces still operate with outdated S5 controllers. Switching to S7 not only ensures spare part availability, but also improves temperature control, energy savings, and connectivity to modern monitoring systems. The old code is not simply transferred, but adapted and optimized to current standards (e.g., EN 746 for thermal processing equipment).

On 5 June, the time had come again: over 3,000 runners took part in this year's AOK company run in Dortmund - and our sporty team from Schlager Industrieofenbau was right in the middle of it all.

Forge Fair 13.-15. May 2025

TUS and SAT measurement for furnaces

Schlager Industrieofenbau GmbH carries out TUS and SAT measurements in accordance with applicable standards and offers precise measurement section inspections and measurement section calibrations.

DIN EN 746-2 becomes DIN EN ISO 13577-2

The DIN EN 746-2 standard has been replaced by the new international ISO 13577-2 standard. This brings clearer specifications and stricter safety and maintenance requirements for all thermoprocessing equipment.

Salute – from our production

Box furnace for vessel heads delivered. From now on, the refractory lining, the installation of recuperative burners and the integration of a modern control system will take place at the customer's site.

Conversion of industrial furnaces to hydrogen

SCHLAGER Industrieofenbau GmbH supports on the way to CO2-free production. In the pilot project we successfully took over the modification of the hood furnace and the assembly of the innovative burner technology.
